With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena, Commercial Loan Solutions, LLC was born out of a necessity to fund our client's construction projects.  Clients could not get funding for their projects so they relied on us to find the money.  Sources of funds were needed in order to complete these projects so relationships with commercial lenders had to be cultivated.  Because of the relationships that have developed over the years, we have been providing funds for a wide variety of commercial needs.
